Description. Parker 51 vacuum filler dark blue and silvre cap excellent working condition. Condition. The general condition of hte pen is very good. The silver cap has some wear (a small scractch near the clip). The otp jewel is in average condition but there are no chips. There are no cracks no the body. There are no major scratches or blemishes to the barrel. The pen is fitted with the original parker 14ct gold nib and looks good. The pen is the vacuum filler and in good owrking condition. A really fantastic pen! On the cap of the pen it is written parker made in usa.
