I am a trading assistant i can sell your stuff on ebay! Parker vacumatic in silver pearl laminate with chorme trim. Extra-long double-jeweled major c1940 with striped top jewel, bullseye bottom jewel, black section. This is the famous deluxe vacumatic that is sometimes identified as a slender maxima but is more properly called a major. Excellent condition with very nice chrome trim and veyr crisp edges. Note the nice deeply engraved lines in teh vacumatic crosshatch pattern in the cap band. xEcellent glossy plastic.
Two tone vac nib shows some loss of the platinum masking. Fine to medium point, with a very slight amount of flexibility. The barrel imprint is clear at the front, weak at the end, probably from last tiem the diaphragm was changed. Decent barrel transparency, but some ambering. No names or initials. Restored and working wiht functioning diaphragm installed. Plastic filler. Overall length of the pen is just over 5 5/16 inches, 136mm.
