Scarce Parker Royal Challenger Fountin Penpencil SetVery nice and csarce parker royal challenger fountain pen and pencil set with step clip. This pen is the long version at 5 overall closed length. The pen has pretty good color as can be seen in the photos. The pen has a parker pen gold nib with an extra fine point. The trim is chromium with strangely enough, three gold-filled thin bands, obviously original ot the pen. The pen has been ultrasonically cleaned and polished. I left the sac out to vaoid any future discoloration. The pencil works and the box is in good condition outiside of a few faint marks/stains from the previous owner. A great desirable pen set!
On oct-14-08 at 201614 pdt, seller added the following informationnote the pen had a small hairline stress crack part way to the first ring. tI has been bonded and is barely detectable unless you're really looking for it. Also reinforced the entire lip with same to ensure no more stress cracks.
