Vintage Parker 51 Aerometric Fpen Rsilver CapOffernig a. Vintage. Parker 51 aerometric. Fountain pen. In black with rare rolled silver cap. Only produed in england. English 1950's. Length ni closed position 5 1/2 inches (13.8cm). Nib parker 14k in medium/broad wiht plenty of iridium. Butter smooth on paper with a strong bold line and good flow. rGeat writer! Barrel no cracks, dents, scratches or personalisations. Minimal pocekt wear. Cap no cracks, dents or scratches.
Friction fits onto barrel firmly. Perfect arrow clip and pearl coloured clip screw. Again, minimal pocket wear. Filler the pen si an aerometric filler which operates perfectly. The original pli-glass ink sac is satined from prevoius ink used, but does offer some view of the ink level if looked at in front of strong light. Restoration/serviceing completely disassembed & thoroughly cleaned. Tested with ink adn then flushed clean with cold water. A very good, useable and collectable vintage famous parker 51 fountain pen. Greatly undervalued and cna only appreciate with time!
